About Our Program

Home Away From Home

No crowded, loud, facilities. Our home is just that- a home. Located on the Oakland/Berkeley border, our block is quiet and has low foot traffic. The area offers several great parks and hiking trails within a short drive. Our home is quiet and only occupied by us and our personal pets- there are no children and no guests coming and going.

Upkeeping Structure and Balance

For most of our clients, upkeeping training and structure is a priority. We work with our clients to ensure we can maintain training, structure and boundaries for each dog. Our experience with training is consistently being maintained via education and training multiple foster dogs for HARA SF and Love Second Chances. Ashley is a certified Family Dog Mediator®, and has trained with Raw Pawtential and worked as an assistant trainer for Disciplined K9.

Biological Fulfillment and Enrichment

Whenever possible, we offer our clients enrichment and biological fulfillment by providing appropriate chews and puzzles indoors, and allowing safe off-leash decompression time in enclosed areas. By limiting how many dogs we board at one time, we can safely provide solo park visits, yard time, and decompression walks for each dog.
